THE CREATIVE MIND BEHIND JUNIPER
In 2018, founder Mathilda Wibom Westerberg stayed with her family at Gran Hotel Son Net in Mallorca, a hidden boutique gem surrounded by Juniper trees.
The service, food, and sleep were unforgettable. Inspired by that feeling, she created Juniper to bring the same sense of joy and boutique luxury into everyday life through timeless home essentials and exceptional care.

What is rapeseed oil wax?
It’s 100% vegan, bio-degradable and more sustainable than soy and paraffin.
Why is rapeseed oil wax better to have at home?
It is amazing to have in your home, cause both to look at end to smell cause it has an overall cleaner burn, meaning the candle burns down at a more consistent rate, at a more constant temperature. This also means a slightly slower burn so that it can last longer than paraffin candles.
So Juniper's scented candles are non-toxic?
Yes, that is correct, our candles are 100% non-toxic! Unlike paraffin candles, plant-based candles don’t release toxic carcinogens into the air. Also unlike paraffin, they are made from a renewable source and are biodegradable.
How is Juniper scented candles vegan?
Rapeseed oil wax are vegan and cruelty free through out the whole production.
How does the scent of our Mont Fort Candle differ from Cháteau Noir?
Château Noir is my interpretation of the timeless elegance and mystique that defines the French vineyards. With its earthy and woody notes, it evokes a romantic atmosphere. Mont Fort, on the other hand, brings to mind the Alpine landscape, with fresh hints of coniferous trees and musk, capturing the slower pace of life there.
Both fragrances create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Mont Fort reflects the peaceful relaxation after a day on the slopes, while Château Noir invites you into a world of luxury – a moment to indulge in your own time, perhaps with a glass of wine in hand.
