Order administration
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after checkout. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we can update the size, colour or shipping address, or cancel it outright. Once it has shipped, our 30-day return policy still applies.
How long does made-to-order take?
Our decorative pillowcases and bedspreads are made to order in Stockholm rather than kept in stock, so allow around three weeks from order to shipment for these pieces. Everything else ships from stock within our usual delivery window.
Can I combine several products into one order?
Yes. Add everything to your cart before checking out and it ships together as a single delivery.
What payment methods can I use?
All major credit and debit cards, along with the regional payment options shown to you at checkout.
I received the wrong item, or something is missing.
Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out straight away, whether that means sending the missing piece or arranging a return.
Shipping & delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on every order, to every country we ship to.
How long does delivery take?
Within Sweden, allow around 3 business days. For Norway, Finland and the rest of Europe, allow around 5 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Finland and the rest of the EU, with international shipping available more broadly at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
For deliveries within the EU, no. Norway has its own import rules, so it's worth checking your local requirements before ordering if you're based there. Deliveries further afield may also be subject to your own country's duties on arrival.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Every order comes with a 30-day trial. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do I need the original packaging to return an item?
We recommend keeping it until you're sure about your purchase, but a return is about the product being in its original, resalable condition, not the box it arrived in.
How long does a refund take once you receive my return?
Once your return arrives with us, we process the refund back to your original payment method as quickly as we can.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. Contact us and we'll help you exchange for a different size or colour rather than processing a straight refund.
Are made-to-order decorative pieces returnable?
Yes, the same 30-day trial applies to our made-to-order decorative pillowcases and bedspreads.
Products
Bed linens
What makes Juniper bed linens different from other bed linens?
We use 100% Supima extra-long-staple cotton, a rarer and finer fibre than the long-staple cotton most brands use. Everything is woven and sewn in a family-owned factory in Portugal that has made bed linens since 1948.
What is Supima cotton?
Supima is American-grown extra-long-staple cotton, accounting for less than 2% of the world's cotton and grown on around 500 family-owned farms, mostly in California. The longer fibre spins into a finer, stronger yarn that's softer, more durable and far less prone to pilling than ordinary cotton.
What's the difference between Supima Sateen, Classic Cotton Percale and Tencel Percale?
Supima Sateen is a 430 thread count sateen weave: silky, with a soft sheen. Classic Cotton Percale is a crisp, matte 300 thread count weave that feels cool against the skin. Tencel Percale uses the same crisp percale weave in TENCEL™ Lyocell, a wood-based fibre that wicks away moisture especially well, a good choice if you sleep warm.
How long will my bed linens last?
With proper care, expect more than five years of daily use. We recommend keeping two sets per bed and rotating them, which extends the life of each set to around ten years.
How do I wash my bed linens?
Full instructions live in our Care & Washing Guide; in short, wash every one to two weeks, separately, at 40–60°C, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
Towels & Bath Mats
What makes Juniper towels different?
Like our bed linens, our towels are woven from 100% Supima cotton rather than the shorter-staple cotton most towels use, which is what gives them their softness and durability.
How heavy are your towels?
700 g/sqm: a substantial, absorbent weight that feels closer to a spa towel than a standard retail one.
How do I keep my towels soft over time?
Wash regularly, avoid fabric softener (it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency), and tumble dry on low heat. Full guidance is in our Care & Washing Guide.
Do towels come in sets, or can I buy them individually?
Both. Every towel is available on its own, and we also offer curated sets sized from a single sink up to a full bathroom.
Do you offer bath mats in matching colours?
Yes, our bath mats are woven in the same Supima cotton and share the same colour range as our towels.
Silk
What kind of silk do you use?
100% pure Mulberry silk, Grade 6A: the highest quality grade available, chosen for its softness and durability.
How is your silk sourced?
We're committed to ethical, sustainable sourcing throughout our silk supply chain.
Why does the pillowcase have a zip?
The zip closure keeps your pillow securely inside the case while staying gentle against your skin, unlike an open-ended design that can slip.
How do I wash silk?
Silk needs gentler care than cotton. Our Silk Washing Guide covers the specifics: hand wash or a delicate machine cycle, no fabric softener, no direct heat.
Is silk a good choice if I have sensitive skin or hair?
Many customers choose silk pillowcases for exactly this: the smooth surface creates less friction against skin and hair overnight than cotton.
Fragrance & subscriptions
What's in your hand soap and lotion?
Both are always free from parabens, sulfates and silicones (SLES), with a fragrance built around vivid alpine memories.
Can I subscribe to receive hand soap and lotion automatically?
Yes. Choose a delivery cadence at checkout and we'll ship your refills automatically. You can adjust or pause the subscription from your account at any time.
What scented candles do you offer?
Mont Fort and Château Noir, our two signature candle scents.
Can I return an opened fragrance or personal care product?
As with most personal care products, check with us before returning something opened. Unopened items fall under our normal 30-day policy.
Robes
What makes Juniper's robes different?
We weave them from 100% Supima cotton at a substantial 450 g/sqm, so they feel closer to a spa robe than a standard retail one.
What sizes do your robes come in?
Each style runs in three sizes; check the size options on the product page to find your best fit.
What's the difference between the Finca and Hôtel robes?
Finca is our striped, colour-led style available in several shades. Hôtel is our single, understated style built for a boutique-hotel feel.
How do I keep my robe soft over time?
Wash regularly, avoid fabric softener (it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency), and tumble dry on low heat. Full guidance is in our Care & Washing Guide.
Can I return or exchange a robe?
Yes, the same 30-day trial applies. Contact us and we'll help you exchange for a different size or colour rather than processing a straight refund.
Decorative pillows & bedspreads
What's included in the decorative collection?
Decorative pillowcases, roll covers and bedspreads: the finishing layer you add over your everyday bedding.
How long does a decorative piece take to arrive?
These pieces are made to order in Stockholm rather than kept in stock, so allow around three weeks from order to shipment.
Can I choose a decorative pillowcase or roll cover without an inner pillow?
Yes. Each one can be ordered with or without its inner pillow, in case you'd rather use your own insert.
What are the inner pillows made from?
Ocean-recycled plastic, produced in Denmark.
Can I return a made-to-order decorative piece?
Yes, the same 30-day trial applies to our made-to-order decorative pillowcases and bedspreads.

Who do I talk to about a design-led project?
Louise handles every professional enquiry personally, whether it's a hospitality order or a design-led project.
Content creators
Do you work with content creators?
Yes. We're always looking for creators to make content for Juniper, and to partner on paid ads featuring that content.
What does a content partnership with Juniper involve?
It varies by creator, but typically means receiving Juniper products to feature in your own content, which we may then run as a paid partnership ad.
How do I apply to become a content partner?
Contact Julia, our Head of Creative Partnerships, directly and tell her about your channel and the kind of content you make.
