Shipping policy

Juniper ships worldwide. Depending on your country you have one or more of the following delivery options to choose from. We offer free deliveries on all orders, with our standard shipping method for each country.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. At any time, you can check the status of your package using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.

Juniper insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination. Pleas note that under special occasions such as Black Week etc. delivery time can take up to 5 business days.


In case of any delay, you will be entitled to cancel the purchase if you are not satisfied with the new delivery time. If you want to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and receive a refund, the money will be returned to the payment method you specified when you made your order.
