When shopping at jun-per.com, you always have 30 days to return your products after the order date.
Our home textile products (Bed linens, Towels, Robes) we take back even if you have used them within those 30 days. That is how confident we are that you will love your new Juniper products.
The only limit we set is that this is only allowed once per person per year and only for orders below 10,000 SEK / 1,000 EUR or an equivalent amount in another currency.
To return a fragrance product (Scented Candles, Hand lotion, Hand Soap) the products must be in their original packaging and unopened.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Click the link in your order confirmation email to reach the return form, or click here. Or enter the following link: https://returns.yayloh.com/retailer/jun-per
- Fill in your order information according to the instructions.
- Choose which product(s) you wish to return
- Specify the return reason.
- Once the return form is filled in, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with returning your order to our warehouse.
- Place the product(s) you wish to return in their original packaging (or something similar) and ensure it’s securely sealed. Place the return shipping label you received by email over the prior delivery information on the package and hand it into your nearest postal service point.
- Once the return has arrived at our warehouse location and has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your refund. Please allow up to 14 days handling time. If you’ve paid with credit or debit card, please allow 5-10 business days for funds to be transferred back.

Once your products have returned to our warehouse and our logistics partner has verified receipt of the goods, we will initiate the return of your funds within 10 business days.
