These terms govern your use of, and purchases from, the website jun-per.com and its subdomains, and apply to all your transactions with Juniper of Sweden AB (“Juniper”, “us”) and visits to the site.
By placing an order on our site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please make sure you have read and understood them before ordering. Juniper reserves the right to revise these terms, and it is your responsibility to keep yourself updated on any changes.
Formation of contract and ordering
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may choose not to accept an order and reserve the right not to deliver, for any reason, without liability to you — for example if the stock level or price shown on the site at the time of your order was incorrect, or if we are unable to authorise your payment.
Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic email confirming it. That confirmation email is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not a binding acceptance of it. A binding contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
Juniper does not guarantee that every item on the site is in stock at the time you order. If an item is unavailable we will contact you by email. We cannot guarantee the site is always free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, or that all information is up to date, and Juniper may amend the content of the site at any time — but any such change will be reflected before a binding contract is formed, i.e. before we send the shipping confirmation email.
Any attempt at fraud will be reported to the police, and Juniper reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
Minors have limited capacity to enter a purchase agreement with Juniper
A child who has not reached the age of 18 usually needs a parent's or guardian's permission to enter into an agreement and buy things (Chapter 9, Section 1 of the Swedish Parental Code – Föräldrabalken). This means a child under 18 is not permitted to buy things at jun-per.com. If a purchase is nevertheless completed, the agreement is generally invalid unless the guardian has approved it (Chapter 9, Sections 6–7, Föräldrabalken), and an invalid purchase is cancelled with the money and goods returned. There are exceptions where the guardian has given approval, before or after the agreement was made.
A parent's consent does not have to be explicit — it can be implied. If a parent has given their child money and the child buys something that could reasonably be considered normal for their age, implied consent is often assumed.
If your child has made a purchase you do not approve of, contact us at care@jun-per.com and let us know. We will provide a return slip for the order, and you will receive a full refund once the package has reached us.
Resale policy
Products on the site may be purchased for personal use only, not for resale. By placing an order you certify that you are purchasing the product for your own personal use, or as a gift, and not for resale, and that you accept these Terms of Service.
Prices
Prices on the site are shown in SEK in Sweden, DKK in Denmark, GBP in the United Kingdom, USD in the United States, CHF in Switzerland, NOK in Norway, and EUR for remaining countries. All prices include VAT.
Orders within the European Union are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price. For deliveries outside the EU – including to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States – local customs duties, taxes or other import fees may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are due on delivery. Taxes and duties on refused packages are not covered by Juniper. If you have any questions about shipping or customs, please contact us.
Juniper may change the prices of products on the site at any time. If you have been charged an incorrect amount, we will give you the option of placing a new order at the correct price or cancelling the order. Juniper also reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch if the price shown was incorrect, in which case we will notify you by email. We are under no obligation to supply goods at an incorrect lower price — even after sending a shipping confirmation — if the pricing error was obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error.
Promotions
Promotion codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotion codes and offers are valid only within any stated time limit or while stocks last, and do not apply to previously placed orders.
Payment methods
We offer secure payment through Klarna, PayPal and Stripe, all certified payment providers, and our site is 3D Secure. We do not store credit card details or other sensitive payment information; all data is encrypted using SSL, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. By paying, you confirm that the credit/debit card, bank details or other payment information used is yours, or that you have the owner's explicit authorisation to use it.
Klarna
With Klarna you can pay for your order once you have received it — a service that lets you check the goods before paying. The invoice is sent to your email address once the shipment has left our warehouse. Payment is normally due within 14 days.
Charges for late payment may apply. Read more in Klarna's invoice terms.
Card payments
Juniper uses Stripe to process card payments securely. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You will be asked for the card number, cardholder name, expiry date and CVC. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the highest grade of payment processing security – so no card details are stored by us, and all data is SSL-encrypted.
PayPal
PayPal lets you pay with just your email address and password, without entering your card number, and any purchase made with PayPal is covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection. We do not charge a fee for paying with PayPal.
Express checkout with PayPal
PayPal Express Checkout lets you buy without re-entering your shipping and billing details, with your personal and payment information transmitted securely to Juniper. See PayPal's privacy policy for details on how PayPal processes personal data.
Shipping, delivery and uncollected packages
Full details on shipping methods and costs, dispatch and delivery times, and what happens if a delivery is delayed, are in our Shipping Policy.
For packages that are not picked up from the courier or postal agent: a fee of SEK 175 is charged for Swedish orders, EUR 25 for European orders, and DKK 150 for Danish orders, covering the handling fee and return shipping. If you change your mind after the package has been sent, you must still collect it and then start a return – see the full Refund Policy. A package that is never collected is automatically registered as uncollected and charged accordingly.
If you are not home when Budbee or Bring attempt home delivery, you get one further attempt at no extra cost. If you are not home for that attempt either, the package is returned to our warehouse and handled, and charged, as an uncollected package.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Full details on returns, exchanges and refunds – including the 30-day window, the used-item return allowance for home textiles, and the personal-care exceptions – are in our Refund Policy.
Defective products
If a product is damaged or does not match how it was presented on the site, you have the right to make a claim. Contact care@jun-per.com as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to repair or otherwise remedy it; if that is not possible, we will replace the product; if we cannot replace it or remedy the fault, we will refund you. A photo of the damage or error will help speed up the process. Once we have received the product and approved the claim, we will send a replacement or refund you for the product and the return shipping cost.
Statutory right of withdrawal
As a customer in Sweden, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier that you have indicated, take physical possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter or email). You may use the model form below, or this model form from the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), though neither is obligatory. It is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any supplementary cost from choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal to us; sending them before that deadline is sufficient. If a returned item is in a significantly changed condition that cannot be restored, we may deduct up to 50% of the product's value, and if you wish to receive the product back in that case, a return shipping fee of SEK 50 may also apply.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract even if you bought the item at a discount.

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Juniper collects, processes and controls personal information such as name, address, phone number, email and IP address, as described in our Privacy Policy, in order to fulfil your order and our agreement with you, provide the best possible service, and meet our legal obligations as a registered company.

By visiting the site, or ordering or enquiring about products from Juniper, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how and why personal information is collected, stored and processed, and how to revoke consent or request deletion, correction or transfer of your data.
Termination
Juniper reserves the right to terminate your account and/or use of the site at its sole discretion – for example if we suspect you have breached these Terms of Service – without prior notice.
Liability
Juniper's responsibility for errors in connection with delivery is limited to the conditions of sale set out in these terms and our published policies. Juniper is not responsible for, among other things, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime or data loss.
Some services offered through the site are provided by outside organisations; where Juniper acts as an agent for such a service, we are not responsible for errors arising from that organisation's own activities. Juniper cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted or fully secure access to the site, and is not liable for content or privacy practices on any third-party site linked from ours.
Force majeure
We may invoke force majeure in the event of war, war-like events, civil war, revolution, government sanctions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, natural disasters or similar events, meaning the agreement need not be fulfilled in part or in full for the duration. Should this occur, we will try to notify you and resolve any resulting issues as quickly as possible.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this agreement. The laws of your own country may differ, and you are responsible for complying with all applicable local and international laws in your use of the site.
Right of complaint and dispute resolution
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about a product that had a defect or fault when you received it. This right lasts 3 years from the date you received the product.
You must notify us within a reasonable time of noticing the defect; a complaint made within 2 months of noticing it is always considered timely. Contact care@jun-per.com before sending anything back to us.
If we disagree about your complaint, you may bring it to the Swedish national body for alternative dispute resolution:
Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN)
Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm
www.arn.se
We participate in ARN's dispute resolution procedure and follow its decisions.
