7 Tips for Perfect Hotel-Style Bedding at Home

1. Start with hotel-quality bedding
The base makes all the difference.

Fill a spray bottle with water and lightly mist your bed after making it. Gently stretch the fabric with your hands and let it rest for a few minutes. The wrinkles will disappear like magic in just a few minutes.

3. Layer different pillow sizes for volume
One thing you’ll always see in hotel bedding is layering. Mix standard pillows (50x60 cm) with larger ones (like 90x50 cm) to add depth, volume, and that cozy, elevated look.
4. Use white as a base
Want that clean, calming hotel vibe? Use white pillowcases for your back layer – especially on your largest pillows. It works with any bedding color and instantly makes the bed feel more serene.

5. Finish with decorative pillows

6. Tuck in your duvet
It’s such a small step – but it transforms the whole look.
