Bedding that loves your skin back
You treat your skin with care - serums, masks, moisturizers. But have you ever considered what your skin rests against for a third of your life? The right bedding does more than feel good. It can support your skin while you sleep.
Your skin deserves better than average sheets
We carefully choose the skincare we apply every night - but what about the fabric we sleep in? For 8 hours a night, your skin is in direct contact with your bedding. The wrong material can cause irritation, trap sweat, and undo all that effort youâve put into your routine.
Your sheets are part of your skincare routine
Did you know that coarse, low-quality cotton or synthetic blends can cause friction, leading to irritation or breakouts?
Juniperâs sheets are made from 100% Supima cotton - a rare, extra-long staple cotton grown in the U.S. with exceptional softness, breathability, and strength. Itâs naturally hypoallergenic, gentle on sensitive skin, and free from unnecessary chemicals or synthetic fibers.
Unlike cheaper cotton, Supima doesnât need heavy processing to feel smooth - the softness comes from the fiber itself.

What makes Juniper different?
We weave our bed linens in a family-run factory in Portugal, using Supima cotton sourced from American farms known for their sustainable practices. The result? Sheets that feel buttery-soft from the first night - and stay that way.
Juniperâs fabrics are naturally moisture-wicking and breathable, helping to regulate your skinâs temperature overnight and reduce the risk of clogged pores or irritation.
Start with the pillowcase
If you're starting small - start with what touches your skin the most. Your face rests against your pillow every night, and our 100% Supima cotton pillowcases are crafted to be as gentle as your skincare. Soft, breathable, and completely free from synthetic fibres.
Available in a palette of calm, timeless colours. Which one feels most like you?

FAQ
Still curious? Hereâs what others often ask when choosing skin-friendly bedding.
How does Supima cotton bedding benefit your skin?
Supima cotton has extra-long staple (ELS) fibers that are up to 35% longer and 45% stronger than standard cotton. This results in a smoother surface with fewer exposed fiber ends â reducing friction against the skin. Less friction means a lower risk of irritation, redness, or inflammation, especially for sensitive or acne-prone skin.
Unlike many short-staple cottons, Supima requires less chemical processing to feel soft, since the softness comes naturally from the fiber itself.

Can Supima cotton help reduce night-time sweating or clogged pores?
Yes. Supima cotton is naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, meaning it draws sweat away from your skin and helps regulate body temperature while you sleep. This creates a drier sleep environment, reducing the chance of clogged pores, breakouts, or irritation caused by excess heat and humidity.
In contrast, synthetic fabrics or heavily treated cotton often trap moisture, creating a breeding ground for bacteria.

Is Supima cotton better for sensitive or allergy-prone skin?
Absolutely. Supima cotton is hypoallergenic and contains no synthetic fibers or chemical blends. Itâs grown without the need for harsh pesticides or artificial softening treatments â making it ideal for people with skin sensitivities, allergies, eczema, or contact dermatitis.
Additionally, the smooth surface reduces fiber shedding, a common irritant in lower-quality sheets.

Can bedding affect sensitive skin or acne?
Yes, it can. Rough or low-quality fabrics can cause friction and trap heat and moisture â all of which can irritate sensitive skin or worsen breakouts. Bedding that isnât breathable may also lead to clogged pores or sweat-induced irritation.
Juniperâs bedding is made from 100% Supima cotton, which is naturally soft, breathable, and free from synthetic fibres â making it ideal for sensitive or acne-prone skin.
What makes Juniper bedding different from other sheets?
Juniper uses 100% Supima cotton â one of the worldâs finest and rarest cottons, grown on family farms in the U.S. Supima fibres are 35% longer and 45% stronger than regular cotton, which means our sheets are smoother, softer, and last longer.
Theyâre also woven in Portugal using environmentally responsible practices, and contain no synthetic blends, coatings or unnecessary treatments.
Do Juniper sheets contain any synthetic fibres?
No. All Juniper sheets are made from 100% Supima cotton â completely free from polyester, elastane or blended fabrics. We also avoid artificial softeners and unnecessary finishes, so your skin stays in contact with only what it needs: clean, breathable, natural cotton.
Whatâs the best product to start with if I want to try it out?
Start with what your skin touches the most â the pillowcase. Itâs an easy way to feel the difference Supima makes: softer, smoother and more breathable than regular cotton.
Our pillowcase set is a perfect entry into better bedding, and a favourite among skincare-conscious customers.
