Behind the scenes | Photoshoot in Mallorca

Last week, my team and I traveled to Mallorca for a photoshoot. I love coming here with Juniper. Inspiration seems to flow freely in this setting, whether it’s for new patterns, colors, or textures—or even for the personal touches that build our Juniper brand. We met up with the photographer, Pernilla (lifestylemallorca), in her newly built studio in Palma. I love working with her—she understands our brand and the story we aim to tell. Here’s a glimpse behind the scenes!

Back at Mon Cor

We were thrilled to be back at Mon Cor in Sóller, a townhouse that beautifully aligns with Juniper’s aesthetic. The ambiance here is extraordinary, and you can feel the story within its walls and how lovingly it’s been restored.

I love collaborating with other family-owned businesses; it always feels like home. Pernilla and Berrow Projects are two such partners who share the same energy, drive, and passion for creating something meaningful.

Mon Cor is currently for sale, and I can imagine the future family moving in will find an incredible home here in the heart of Sóller. When we arrived in the morning, we saw kids in their school uniforms heading off with their parents. The sun was just rising over the mountains surrounding Sóller, while locals enjoyed their morning coffee at the café. The iconic Sóller Train, old and beautiful, carried morning passengers off to start their day.

A day in the Studio

Then, we spent a full day in the studio. We were actually Pernilla’s very first clients in her new space, and it turned out to be the perfect setting for our shoot. The natural light streaming through the windows brought our photos and products to life.
